<p>For what reason would an account recovery not be instant? </p> <p> </p> <p>I've been online since I've been 7 and even then you could change passwords, recover accounts and do it instantly. </p> <p> </p> <p>Yet Apple Account Recovery takes a few days.... </p> <p> </p> <p>just pathetic. </p>

I can feel my sanity slipping ever so slightly into the void of app-less-ness.
Time trickling, data queuing in anticipation, unique functionalities restless beckoning my fingers' soft touch.
Unthinkable questions start firing: was I wrong to apple, am I too damn old for this bs, was my raving loyalty misplaced, my trust incomprehensibly linked to a flawed recovery process.
Like a shunned freak doomed to roam the world alone without tinder, my stomach growling without uber foods, my family worried why I'm afk from skype and facetime.
Oh apple, my fond friend, now my foe?
Embrace me and my credit card once more!
Travel me to distant regions with Peroscope, entroduce me to new colleagues on Linked In, unlock my life with your keychain.
Deny me no longer these wonders! Unbound me from the limitations of Chrome and WhatsApp. - do You not owe me at least that?!
Dear Apple South Africa,
on Saturday i restarted my phone and had to recover my account password as I couldn't remember it as I've been using my fingerprint for so long.
In doing so your account recover said that I will be contacted as soon as my account is ready.
It it is now Monday and I am still without my account.
Even though I had accurately, though reluctantly, submitted my credit card details as a form of verification my account remains inaccessible.
Please man, can you help me fix this?
