Spending money for what?

<p>My girlfriend bought herself an iPhone 5s not even two years ago. After looking after the phone extensively for two years, it has now stopped working completely. The phone will not turn on or charge. When I took it into Apple to see what was going on, we were notified that the warranty was only for a year and they will see what the cost to fix it will be. The service worked told me how good the phone was in very good condition. We not heard back from Apple to discover that it would cost R5000 to replace the phone? What was the point in spending R8000 on the phone not even two years ago if it meant that the phone would just stop working? People say that you should go through apple because of the good QUALITY for money, but does quality mean a phone that was well looked after will break in under two years? </p> <p> </p> <p>I used to have an iPhone but now I will never get another apple product again, and I will make sure all of my friends and family are aware of this horrific product and service provided by Apple.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for wasting our money.</p>
