SO PATHETIC!!!

This is really ridiculous how the istore keep a person on hold for so long then told that there is no direct line and they have to put through a request so that a branch can contact us back,, WHICH NEVER HAPPENS!! Are you guys not all about customer service because this is disgusting! No one can assist immediately, what service do you guys offer?<br> <br> Please sort yourself out as you're really good at ****ing people off!
