Shocking service - Poor / No trained manageress

My daughter is doing her post graduate degree- her 4th year. After having spent a large amount of time doing research and comparing various suppliers, we decided to visit the Clearwater Apple store for the sales person to demonstrate the options to make an informed purchase- clearly an expensive purchase, however, we were prepared to pay for this Apple laptop when we decided that it would meet her needs, as this was to be her combined graduation and birthday gift. The young sales assistant, was very helpful and tried her absolute best to explain the differences. The promotion our daughter had set her heart on immediately was the Apple MacBook Pro -13\ whereby only registered students are able to receive this notebook for R13499.00- added to this was a variety of "gift options\"" Our daughter selected the sleeve cover valued at R799 free. We were ready to pay and then were told sorry the sleeve cover is not available in 13\""-although there was another brand available there-same price! The manageress was rude"
