Shocking service from Istore

I have been trying to get certain things corrected on my computer which seem to be due to the<br> loading of El Capital. My printer does not work and I was accused of not tell them that I had a printer.<br> I was not told that my computer was going to be washed when I went into the store but it was cewrtainly NOT BE I REQUESTED IT TO BE WASHED. I did mention that I had a hacker and that it was under control. <br> The police are looking into it. When I receive dmy computer back not security anywhere even the firewall was disabled and not password despite providing this - can go on and on just very disappointed and very angry<br> I TRIED TO RING THE STORE FROM 9.05 15 TIMES NO REPLY. <br> <br>
