Shocking Service from I Store Clearwater Mall

Went to purchase an I watch for my wife and an additional strap (cash purchase).The store did not have the strap in stock but one was picked up on record at Cresta. I asked the sales lady to please call the store to ensure that it was there. She tried once to get hold of the store and told me to buy the strap online as it would be better. I then referred the matter to another staff member who tried to get Daryle Nell, the “store manager” to assist. To say the least he wasn’t interested in my request and didn’t acknowledge my presence which annoyed me , he didn’t even have the professionalism to introduce himself. His arrogance and careless attitude towards me leaves me thinking that a R5500.00 sale is small change in his books for a Sunday. Apple should be ashamed of having such people being ambassadors of their products. On the positive side for Apple , I bought both watch and strap from Cresta who were a lot better. That will be the last time I set my foot in the Clearwater branch and I will make it my duty to discourage anyone from buying there.
