Shocking Service for faulty phone

<p>I took my fauly phone in for repair to Brooklyn iStore who sent it on to Core service centre. They provided me with a quote. I told them insurance was busy with the claim process and they should be patient. They ignored me and sent my phone back to istore. iStore then had to send it back and Core service centre said they would have to requote. This is such a bad process and service as it leaves one witjhout a phone for ages and they dont really care about that. On top of it when I went to finally collect my phone it did not have my SIM card in it. So I am still without my phone. </p>
