Money has been debited from my mother's account, and she has phoned in numerous times to ask for a refund, the following people has logged refunds, however every 48hrs when my mom phones, she is told it has been rejected, and she is unable to reverse it at the bank. My mom is a pensioner and cannot afford these deductions.

This is unacceptable, can someone please sort this out for my mother.
