shocking after sales service from ISTORE Canal Walk

on 22 JUne this year I bought a Iphone X R from Iphone store at canal Walk - the phone was ****** 2 weeks ago , my insurance will be sending me a new phone however I have been told that IStore will not transfer the warranty to my new phone. I then asked to trade in the phone for the new Iphone 11 only to be told they can only offer me R6500 for a phone which they sell for R12999 thus they will make 100% profit off me. This I find this shocking service from Iphone Store and regret having gone there in the first place.Shocking for Apple to give this type of after sales service - SHAME ON YOU !!!!!
