rotten apples!

the apple istore at the pavillion is all smiles if they are selling u something but just try to take something in for a service. not only are two boys in the service department rude with a bad attitude, but totally disinterested in what u have to say, talk over and snap at you and have absolutely no sense of urgency. if it is tech support u are looking for with apple - dont hold your breath, the usa support team shuts down on weekends !! or so the service dept say at the pav!! after leaving my mac there the whole day, (sat) i have now been told i will only get help on monday!! no rush boys - i have only been without a computer for a week now!! all i need is a pass code unlock!! how difficult can that be.
