Replacement phone: Repair number GS09769

<p>I have an extended warrantee on my Apple iPhone 6. It stopped charging so took it into the iStore in Gateway. I was sent to their service department which informed me that they will replace the phone. It is now a month and I still do not have a phone. Apparantly there is a shortage of iPhones in South Africa. This is pathetic. The iStore in Gateway where I bought the phone simply says they cannot help me. I have many apple products but will never buy another one because of this.</p>
