Replace not Repair

I have a current cellular phone contract through Vodacom. When my upgrade was due, I upgraded from the iPhone5 to an iPhone6 64G. I went to the iStore and got the life-time warranty diamond screen protector and they installed it on my phone in the store. Two weeks later, my phone drops and the screen cracks, but the screen protector is still intact. No problem, I know this happens, so off to the iStore I go to have my screen repaired, obviously at a cost I imagined. Got there, no you have to go to your service provider. I went Vodacom, no they don't repair iPhones, they only replace. Can anyone just tell me where I can have my screen repaired? I should have done my upgrade through an iStore. Okay, I didn't because of the costs. I should have taken out the iCare product. Okay, I did not know there is such a product, so no, I did no buy this. I still have my old iPhone 5, so insurance was not an option for me. There is no authorised repair centre for Apple in South Africa, Apple only replaces devices. Okay, so there is iFix, but this is not an authorised repair centre and if you have your phone repaired with them, you lose your warranty.
