REPEAT OFFENSE

When I first got my iPhone 5S last year July I was advised to take it with iCare and I did so. I was told that should anything happen to the phone i would have to pay R1000 and i'd get a Replacement phone. A refurbished phone that is approved by Apple. I understood that as "We've done all the checks. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is wrong."

A year went by and the screen on my phone broke. So I went and claimed on my iCare(At the Menlyn iStore). This was August/September(not sure) 2017. I received my replacement phone 5/6 working days later. Within two weeks I start having problems. The phone just dies on me. It switches off COMPLETELY. I have to constantly restart the phone and sometimes it takes long before it switches on. No battery problem, no overheating problem, no "You interrupted the software update". I know this because the first time i went back the technician checked and the fault was in the phone hardware. The fault came from your service centers.

I have sent back every phone you've given me, THREE PHONES TO BE EXACT, and I've been having THE SAME PROBLEM! Twice at Menlyn iStore and most recently at Brooklyn iStore. I understand the stores are not at fault. My problem is with your service centers.

This is ridiculous. I'm told EVERY TIME that the phone I receive is a replacement phone, meaning "new" refurbished phone. HOW, PLEASE EXPLAIN! HOW do I keep having THE SAME PROBLEMS? WITH EVERY PHONE? This is truly nonsense.

What baffles me is the loan phones I receive from your iStores(2 out of the 4 times I've had to go back) NEVER gave me that problem and I've handled them THE SAME WAY as my own phone.

This problem started when I took in the original phone and I started receiving your Replacement Phones.

I recently went back to iStore Menlyn and I requested a diagnostic test. The Technician ran it and witnessed first hand my phone just switching off and requiring a restart to switch on. I decided to hand the phone in at iStore Brooklyn as i thought maybe I'll get a different response.

I received communication from the service center saying they could not find the problem. The phone better work because no one in their right mind will be running up and down trying to fix a working phone. I have lost some contacts and other important information with all this back and forth of changing phones.

I'm really tired of this.

Honestly, This is unacceptable. I mean really.
