Repair for under warranty iPods!

Apple (iStore Sandton City) Core Group Support are refusing to repair my AirPods that are under warranty! They have no had my AirPods over 2 weeks!

I bought them on the 2 March 2021 so they are still under warranty. I’ve sent proof but haven’t helped me.
