Recall JUNK Apple not keeping there word

I have a I pod Nano old model and it died on me so I took it to apple in Menlyn Shopping center. Where they confirmed with me that the product is on a RECALL for a bad battery.<br> <br> [URL Removed]<br> <br> But CORE the company responsible for Apple product denied me the replacement of the product. The battery problem is not my Fault but Apple's mistake and recall so even if the product is old it needs to be replaced as per recall.<br> <br> They want me to buy a new device due to my device being old and there is no replacement for it, it seems they want to make there mistake now my problem as well. <br> <br> I know
