Recall for iPhone 6 Plus but will not help

I took out a contract with Cell C and got myself an Apple iPhone 6 Plus. The photos don't seem as clear as my colleagues photo (who has the same phone) and then i found out that there is a world wide recall for the iPhone 6 Plus. <br> <br> i checked my phones serial number and it is eligible to get repaired under this recall issued by apple. <br> <br> The apple iStore Fourways will not repair my phone as i took the phone contract out through Cell C. WHY???? Surely if apple recalls a product due to faulty hardware, an Apple iStore should fix the phone!! Am I being stupid or something? I called the help line where i spoke to George Makrigiannis (Apple Distribution International) and he assured me they cannot do this. <br> <br> Getting messed around like this makes me want to throw this Apple iPhone away and move onto to a different handset. <br> <br> What a disgrace Apple and I thought you cared.
