Really sloppy service

I wanted to upgrade from my iPhone 4 which I had for about 4-5 years. The reason I wanted another IPhone was because MTN had previously handled my subscription well and the phone never gave me issues. This time I decided to go straight to the source but was disappointed. It took them 45 minutes on Monday to process my application, I had to stand whilst being heavily pregnant, eventually I went to sit down in the training room, they had all the documents, it made no sense to keep me there in the 1st place, I was told I would hear from them within 3 days. A consultant only called me Saturday afternoon to tell me to pick up my phone. FIVE days later. When I arrived I was told to wait as she needed to upload some kind of information and it supposedly took time to do so, so I left the shop and came back a couple hours later. At which point I was handed the phone and SIM card. When I got home the sim wasn't Rica'd so I couldn't use it. I makes no sense why all the necessary paper work wasn't done before I went there and even though I was patient all the necessary stuff wasn't sorted. I'm really disappointed with the level of service there.
