Produce and Sell faulty devices - do not take responsibility

Producing faulty devices. I bought an Iphone X last October (through Vodacom, but the brand was Apple), regularly the Iphone does not pick up any sim card, in order to fix it I have to factory reset the phone. I have had it in for repairs, for them to do a factory reset and send it back to me saying nothing is wrong. It's been in for repairs three times all ready and going for a fourth today. Just don't buy their products, they are faulty and neither the service provider (Vodacom) nor the supplier (Apple) want to take responsibility for the faulty device. Rather stick with Android, my Samsung S7 is now 5 years old and every time the Iphone stops working the Samsung takes over effortlessly.
