Poor website

Getting support from Apple has to be the worst thing on earth. It's tough to buy another Apple product when the after sales services is so poor. Some of us have had Apple products for over 6 years and ever since Steve Jobs passed on, one can't get after sales support. To log a call is a mission. To send an email in 2017 is out!!! We can't call for support in our countries and have to call the USA. No one has time for that. It's a shame that such a premium brand is so cheap in operation. Huge disappointment.
