Poor Service by Management at Apple

We were upgrading our phones at Vodacom and decided to buy our Daughters apple phones at the I store where you were promised trade in discounts. It was a case of over promise and under deliver and shocking service from the shop manager. As a result we returned to Vodacom and bought the phones from them.
