poor service and disgusting prices

I purchased a MacBook laptop in February. The laptop did not even last a month and a half when it refused to go on. We then took it to the istore at eastgate . It was then sent to their workshop for repairs. The ridiculous price quoted to repair it was R31000 We paid R17000 after student discount. It appears that it was water damaged. As far we know it NEVER came into contact with water! Very disappointed as it was brand new and we had taken out a contract from MTN, I took it to a private dealership that repairs laptops. I was charged R5000 to repair the power IC unit. <br> Firstly wrong diagnosis and the ridiculous amount to pay Apple to repair it! WHAT a ripoff!!!!! <br> <br> Their stinking attitude and behaviour !!! They made it seem like we are at fault and said that there was nothing that they could do!
