Poor Service and Attitude towards customer Istore I’Langa Mall

So I bought a Apple Watch Serries 4 Nike + 44mm at Istore I’langa mall , had the watch for a couple of days noticed the was two dots in the display screen and I started asking around what is going on only to find out the watch had dead pixels and was damaged out of the box sent it back to the store they sent me a replacement unit and which took almost 10years to come . I ask them to keep my previous screen protector cause it was reusable and cost like R400 do you even think that they did that no and the manager and retailer had such horrible attitude it’s as if they owned Apple them selves will I even support their shop again hell no poor service poor customer relations poor attitude it’s people like these that gives a world class product and company such a bad impression
