poor service

I dealt with 2 istores and i am trying to decide which ones service was the poorest!<br> <br> Once again, fantastic advertising, and thats where it stops. There is no way of contacting the stores directly and the call centre has ridiciulously long hold times. <br> <br> I dealt with V & A Cape Town store and someone eventualy called me back on a bad connection, and one would have exopected a call back on the landline number i supp**** but no such luck. <br> <br> its a shocking first time experience with istores
