Poor service

Hi I received an sms saying my iwatch3 gps was available and dispatched to store. On Saturday 18/11/2017 I received an sms saying my iwatch has been delivered to istore cresta shopping center and I have 24 hours to collect. On sunday I go to istore cresta and they tell me sorry my watch isn’t there yet. The store will call me when it arrives How can you send a person an sms also telling them you have to collect to the product in 24 hours and not have it available What service is this ? And why doesn’t the store answer it’s phone ? This is terrible service and false communication I have all communications as proof
