Poor Recording Service

I have been billed for a service that i have cancelled at the Iphone store in gateway mall south africa.

The recording have not once worked on my Apple 7 yet i was billed for the service which was R114.

I would like for my money to be paid back in to my cheque account ad this is unaccaptable.
