Poor quality cellphone cover!

I bought all my accessories from Apple Cape Gate.Its not their fault but my R1500 (Think that was what I paid) cover is pealing and it’s totally unacceptable. I expect a voucher to go and buy a new one because this is not Apple quality.Its like poor chinese quality.And I look after my stuff.Super disappointed.My Iphone 15 Pro Max looks poor.
