Poor customer service experience

Last week Thursday I went to the istore in mall of Africa I wanted to open a new contract for a new phone. I had all my documents I was put in que after a while I decided to leave and run my errands came back after an hour was put in the que again waited for 2 hours without getting assistance I ended leaving because I did not get any assistance whatsoever I'm very disappointed and angry ? mall of Africa istore is the worst in terms of customer service.
