Poor Customer Service and Lost of Sales

I am standing here at the service desk for an hour only to book my laptop in for a few odds and ends. Since I walked in no staff member from the Apple IStore Pavillion Westville approached me. I stand invisible. I trave much to West Africa and I was going to purchase some hardware, however, I changed my mind.
