poor customer service

<p>staff are just not equiped to deal with customer queries and each and every excuse under sun are used to not assist the customer.</p> <p>and th fact that you have to deal via the call centre to get branch feedback in terrible, not commitment to get back to customers; just a simple we will get back to you before close of business. this close of business has now passed for two days and still no feedback? wonder what its like to deal with APPLE in the states? this is just simply *******</p>
