Poor Customer service

I lost my iphone 6 on sunday the 9th/10/2016 soon a i got access to log in into my icloud app, i logged onto lost phone mode to notify me soon as my iphone switches on.

Two days later i received an sms that stated "Apple lost and found case no #A168C5, lost iPhone was found by SAPS, near johannesburg South Africa at 3:10 pm, click on http://tinyurl.com/zg9o5vk for authentication and collection details. This is an automated message from Apple

Sincerely,

Apple Support"

this sms is from this number + ********** 0652...i then logged into the link which took me to the iCloud App to log in as per normal, thinking to myself it will give me the direct address to find my lost iPhone which was still off line when i logged into it. Few minutes after logging it then said no device found.

I quickly rushed to the nearest iStore in Cresta. Unfortunately the consultent that assisted me did not have a name badge as i could not get her name. As stressed as i was, panicking i explained to the consultant what took place.

She then rep**** that "Apple would never send you an sms only email" and she then asked me to log on my iCloud again it stated that "no device found" she then wrote down this contact number for me to call # ********** 426. The lady failed to tell me that the contact centre closes at 5pm which when i called i couldn't get through.

As an iPhone customer for the passed three years i gained trust and confident in the product. Which i believed that i was using a high secury phone that i even downloaded the App that cost me money to use using the iCloud service in the event that should i loss my iPhone i will recover it.

iPhone strongly recommended the "Find my Phone App" which easily failed through a simply sms. I feel that iPhone is deciving customers if their product can easily be hacked via a stupid sms.

iPhone and their Customer at this present moment leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I would rate iPhone a zero if someone were to ask me for recommendation score.

I need answers as a frustrated cusmer and i intend to not put this at rest.
