Pleasantly Surprised and Amazed at Customer Support

<p>I called Apple Support South Africa and got put through to a wonderful lady named Sotiria who helped me change some super complicated settings on my laptop.</p> <p>When my airtime started to run out I asked for her extension to call her back and she told me not to worry and called me instead saving my airtime. She also gave me her email address so I can email her with any queries I might have and then she will call me with the help I need.</p> <p> </p> <p>Big ups Apple South Africa, best PC I've ever bought and the best after sales service and support I've experienced to date!</p>
