Paying for storage and but phone is broken, cannot be repaired

My Iphone 6s broke 3 months ago and have been paying for storage that goes off as a debit order since. I tried to stop it with my bank and because it was an oversea arrangement they unable to do so. i also tried logging into my account but my details for some reason does not take. I called the apple customer service on the 19th of May an still never heard anything.
