Pavilion mall technician broke my laptop screen

Pavilion mall iStore. Took in my laptop it had a few horizontal lines in the screen. The technician took pictures of the back where there were a few scratches etc. while the technician wanted to turn my laptop he cracked the screen. The assistant manager phoned me today, to hear if I want to accept the quote,apple wouldve anyways had to replace the screen no matter what even if there is a dot on the screen.

The technician Secelo was extremely rough with the laptop and should be anywhere near a laptop. The manager said he would phone me back, took a week and I guess he didn't want to make the call so he said to the assistant manager to phone me
