Pathetic service

I went to the Istore in canal walk shopping centre and bought a iPhone 6 Plus and I wanted another I phone 6 plus and they said that they don't have stock.i said ok can u maybe try one of your other branches,the guy rep**** he couldn't tell me because they normally don't answer their phones if it's a busy day,,,there to me was already a sign of incompetency what business in the world ignores your landline even on a busy day.Anyway I decided to drive to the Waterfront branch and I came there asking for this plus 6 the sales guy assisted me and then I asked for the facility icare then he rep**** \we can not sell Icare with those deals\" I told him I bought in canal walk the same deal and asked him is it a franchise or something cos why is it different he responded saying no. I asked to be speak to the manager he went to go call her and she sends him out again saying they can not assist me I told him to call head office he rather bring me a number to dial myself which ****t me off,then I tell him hello go call the manger why is she sending u up and down ,at that stage the sales guy was feeling uneasy becos of this up and down.eventually she comes and say that's the companies policy"
