Pathetic Customer service

I was at the Apple store in Menlyn and the service there is so pathetic. It’s so surprising that we pay so much money for these products only to be treated on such a manner. The manager was just as useless. Somehow it feels like that’s how the consultants are trained in most of these Apple stores. I have been using iPhone for a long time but if this is what it takes to move to other brands then so be it. Thank you for nothing.
