NOT WILLING TO HELP AT MENLYN

<p>I went in this evening as my iPhone 6 is giving problems with the battery and switching off. As I am leaving the country for bussiness the consultant says I need to make a booking for a technical consultant to see me. I explained to him I am leaving the country and needed help now, he said he cannot do anything. He then said if I needed help urgently I can either go to Durban or Nelspruit for an appointment to be helped immediately., or I could buy a battery cover for R1999 if I could not wait for the appointment for a couple of days. I store is not prepared to help with out an appointment, I wonder if what they say to overseas customers that are here on holiday. My phone is still under warranty and no help received. I am wondering if Apple is the right product maybe I must move over to Samsung.</p>
