Not so user friendly

I purchased a phone Saturday, tried setting it up, but was given an error message saying "no data backed up" I then visited their website "myistore" to set up an appointment with them, and to my surprise, there were no slots available, I went as far as 2021, still got the same message, tried calling their contact number, instead of being re-directed to a consultant, my calls cut. I am so frustrated because of a non-friendly website!
