Not Happy

Can you believe in this day and age that I was unable to get a refund for a purchase I couldn't use. I downloaded a film in error and app**** for a refund (which I have successfully done before) but today Clark at Apple decided that wasn't going to happen and declined all my requests. Very unhappy :(
