Not a happy IOS user.

Such pathetic service from Apple after being an IOS user for such a long time. I'm definitely moving back to Android.

I get quoted R10 000 to have my iPhone X repaired which is supposed to be water resistant/IP67. I tested the phone in the water. The time stamp of the pictures can prove exactly how long I was in the water, yet my motherboard only is water damaged. What just happened to a water resistant phone? I literally waited more than a month to be told I need to pay and it obviously has corrosion marks after a month.

If the phone can only take water splashes, why advertise the phone to go at least 1 metre deep? That is fault advertising then. Either I get a properly sealed iPhone X or I want my money back. And it will be the last time I use apple again.

Very disappointed.
