Nonchalant attitude

I walked into the istore at menlyn and there was not even one sales rep on the floor . Everyone was busy . As i was waiting for assistance i saw various people pass me that was clearly staff . No one greeted or offered to help . When a man walked in , a sales lady practically ran to him to help him . I approached her while she was busy taking things down from the rack and she simply turned her back on me . She did not greet me or even try to find out what I wanted .! I walked over to the “ manager “ that was sitting in-front of his pc . Not offering any help and asked him if anyone would help me . He did not even look up . He just rep**** that “Someone “ will come and help me . He was leaning on the counter with his elbows and his head in his hands . Such a unprofessional posture . Especially when you are addressing a customer . I told him no one is helping me and demanded assistance . After fighting with me . Dumi explained that the guy was a manager . I was in shock . She also said his name is CAT . Dumi was the only one that approached me and helped me . How can a manager say , someone will help you ? How unprofessional is that ? What type of business owner leaves his shop with a guy like this and trust him ? Lucky for the owner a client like me demands service . Other people will simply just walk out .
