Non refunds from apple on valid claims

Good day

Hope you’re well, I have been using apple for many years with no issues with the phone but recently I’ve been having problems with applications downloaded, some payment subscriptions where incorrect and recently I was double charged, on three occasions apple as rejected the refund on valid issues arising from *****ulent action from honey reels and top war. I am now thinking of changing devices and services
