Non-existent Apple SA

I bought an Apple macbook air laptop around 2 years ago. It was apparently put together on a Friday afternoon because it gave me trouble right from the start. Within 5 months after purchase it got so hot you could fry an egg on the keyboard. And that was the start of my relationship with a ghost company in SA. Take the unit to iStore, they send it to Service centre and communications only done through technicians who have no authority to take decisions. They replaced the logic board and keyboard twice. And every time just send it back without answering my questions or demands. The Service Centre say they are not Apple. Apple does not exist in South Africa. Apparently Core group owns Apple in SA. They are just contracted to do IT repairs. I've had the same overheating problem twice more. Repair say they are unable to 'replicate the problem' and shrug their shoulders.

I am a nationally acclaimed author of Mathematics textbooks and cannot afford to keep losing work - or to work on 'loan units' -IF available.

I have requested that i am willing to pay in towards a more reliable unit. But cannot find a channel for my complaints. Apple is just a ghost front in SA. No accessible telephone numbers or email addresses. You only speak to 'bots' and get nowhere.

I spoke to Apple support SA on number *** - and it was actually a guy in Ireland. Who says he needs FOUR repairs before my case is escalated.

My case number is ***.

Please help me
