No walk-in consumers

<p>Today i went into the istore at canal walk.</p> <p>As i needed help resetting my password for my apple ID. And i was shocked to be told that i had make an appointment for something as simple as a password reset and that they couldnt help me at the moment. Was very disappointed in the service provided </p>
