No support

I by accident downloaded the application PicsMagics. I immediately wrote to Apple support that I do not want this application. It gave me an automatic response that they will soon come back to me but never did. I then wrote later requesting for refunds, they immediately responded and indicated it is not accordingly to their policy. I found it very strange that once I asked for refunds they could respond, but when you need help no one was in sight. This application did not give an option where one could choose to have a free version. It immediately downloaded. I would have thought that Apple is a reputable company, but it seems not the case, so please be aware that the support is almost not existing.
