No support

I am trying to get hold of someone/anyone, an app, an email , a phone number where someone can help delete my balance on my account so i can change regions-but it is proving to be impossible to find any support in ZA. I am not allowed to do it myself, support has to do it and i am going around in circles… very frustrating that there is NO support details offered… please would someone assist me urgently
