No round endless debits

I lost my iPhone over 6 months ago and am still being billed for itunes and apa. after numerous attempts to have ot canceled, calls emails to no avail. There was a time when they would go into my account and attempt to deduct and the funds is not available but that never stopped their attempt. My account was in a mess with bank charges of small pathetic amounts of as little as R8 which appears more than 10 times on my statement. When calling theu have this American agent's who tells u a bunch of **** and promises a refund but instead of a refund another deduction or attempt. I've read other reviews and funny theres no reply from the business, is our money just good enough to buy ur phones but our complaints are not being attended to, honestly makes me wonder what is ur take on us south Africans...this is BULL ****
