no response from apple - did not sign for subscription - money taken out monthly

No Response from apple to take out money from my credit card for subscriptions not signed for. Monthly small amounts taken out for . there is no response after the first complaint . what is next to do . Poor service . Credit the credit card. wont recommend apple to any one
