No control over systems that dont work!

Even though I am no longer with Apple (Ive moved from Apple to Samsung), they have repeatedly tried to deduct numerous debits from my account and as I hadn't accommodated for them, it ran up massive bank fees and a total waste of money for me. Very very unhappy with their systems that run uncontrollably without processes in check that CHECK what they're doing!!
