no contract activated

i am complaining on behalf of my sister(khadija seedat). she had taken out a telkom mobile contract with the istore in pavillion on the 18/08/15.she was given the iphone6 and told that her contract will fall into place the next day. her number will be ported from cell c prepaid to telkom mobile contract. numerous calls and visits later and no contract has been activated. we were told 2months later that cell c is not allowing the number to be ported, we agreed to a number change but still no joy. we were then told that we can keep the number and everything will be sorted out soon. 3months on we are still awaiting resolution.we are extremely frustrated as each time we enquire we are promised that this issue will be sorted out in a day or two. phones depreciate with time and have a shelf life, we will now have to have the same phone for 27+ months. .
