New iPhone freezes

I bought IPhone 11 Pro Max in January 2020 in Menlyn-Vodacom This phone is the worst, it freezes anytime especially when you are busy on the apps. It goes black for almost 10 minutes then switches on , mind u all this are things u have not actioned. Then the apps kick u out ... u hv to restart the phone @ least 3 times a day .
